"Protest" sculpture

Wikipedia: Protest is a sculpture and a monument erected in 1986, and is performed by sculptor Torsten Fridh. Protest” stands on Hakberget on the western part of Gärdet, not far from Valhallavägen. The sculpture consists of three tall boulders in red, rough-carved granite where the middle is designed as a fist symbol of battle and the fight for a just society. The site was the target of the Labour Movement's May Day demonstrations between 1890 and 1965. An inscription with the Social Democrats' red rose (party symbol) is reminiscent of it.
